Third-party sharing

We do not sell, rent, or syndicate your data. We share your information only with the following categories of service providers, strictly for order fulfilment and site operation:

• Analytics (PostHog) — privacy-respecting, no cross-site tracking.
• Hosting (Vercel, Supabase) — to operate our website and database.

Information transmitted to these service providers may be processed outside India in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Payment security

All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL. We do not store complete credit card or debit card numbers on our servers. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways with two-factor authentication.

WhatsApp

We do not send marketing messages on WhatsApp. Your phone number is used only for order delivery confirmation and, if absolutely necessary, by the courier partner.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies for cart and session functionality, and a single privacy-respecting analytics cookie (PostHog) that does not track you across websites. We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads remarketing, or any cross-site tracking.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
