Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility
If a product arrives damaged, tampered with, or is not what you ordered, you are eligible for a return or replacement. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery — no return or refund request will be accepted after this window.
How to request a return
Email hello@harland.inwith the subject line "Return: Order [your order number]". You must include:
- Your order number.
- Mandatory: an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the product and packaging upon delivery.
- Photographs of the issue (damage, wrong product, etc.).
We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request.
What is not eligible for return
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
- Items with missing or damaged original packaging.
- Requests filed after 48 hours of delivery.
- Change-of-mind purchases.
Refund process
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of pickup confirmation. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are marked "Ready to Ship" or within 1 hour of placement, whichever comes first. Email hello@harland.in with your order number. There is no cancellation fee for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch.
