HARLAND is a brand by SLATE & CO, operated from Hyderabad, Telangana, India . By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Orders

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Storage & shelf life

All HARLAND products must be stored below 25°C, away from direct sunlight, and used within the validity period printed on the packaging. We are not liable for issues arising from expired products or products stored improperly after delivery.

Product representation

We make every effort to display product photography, ingredient lists, and claims accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, or information on this site are completely accurate or error-free. Skin response varies. If a product does not work for you, please use our returns policy.

Product resale

HARLAND products are sold for personal use only and may not be resold. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of being placed for resale purposes.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design — is the property of SLATE & CO and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

User obligations

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are marked "Ready to Ship" or within 1 hour of placement, whichever comes first. To cancel, email hello@harland.in with your order number. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SLATE & CO, its officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of this website or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
