Where we ship

HARLAND currently ships across India (PAN India). International shipping will be considered in the future.

Dispatch & delivery timeline

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days post-shipment. Remote locations may experience longer delivery times. No deliveries are made on Sundays or gazetted holidays.

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier-2 cities: 4–7 business days
• Other locations: up to 10 business days

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all orders across India.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS the moment your order is dispatched. The tracking link works on every major Indian courier we use.

Couriers

We use Delhivery, BlueDart, and Ekart depending on your pincode. We do not use unverified local courier partners.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on all orders across India at no extra charge.

Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled before the status changes to "Ready to Ship" or within 1 hour of placement, whichever comes first. To cancel, email hello@harland.in with your order number.

• Prepaid orders: full refund processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• COD orders cancelled after "Ready to Ship": a ₹99 shipping fee may be deducted.

If your order is delayed

If your order has not been delivered within 20 days from the shipment date, write to hello@harland.inwith the subject line "Delayed delivery: Order [your order number]". We will investigate and arrange a refund if the order cannot be located.
